Based on a functional training approach according to the McKenzie method, you can expect an activating warm-up, seven targeted strengthening exercises and alternating relaxation or breathing techniques at the end.

DeepCore - strength from the center
The DeepCore course focuses on the deep abdominal muscles, the pelvic floor and the diaphragm. Functional exercises and conscious breathing techniques are used to train the interaction between breathing and muscle tension - strength comes from within. Each session combines holding exercises with breathing training and gentle regulatory impulses for the autonomic nervous system.
Perfect for anyone who wants to stabilize their core and strengthen the foundation for posture, balance and inner calm - especially in the case of poor posture, functional complaints or after pregnancy.
Mobility training - more ease for your body
This training combines myofascial techniques with functional stretches to release tension and regain freedom of movement. Using rollers, pressure points and targeted mobilization exercises, we promote the gliding ability of the connective tissue and improve the interaction of the joints.
