Competent trainers carry out individual training programs with effective EMS training with our customers. We offer a full body workout in just 20 minutes per week. Our customers have little time, are busy at work or are simply looking for a good alternative to the conventional gym.
Electromuscular stimulation (EMS) is a proven method based on electrical muscle contractions in the healthy low-frequency range that is used in physical therapy and medical rehabilitation sports to help patients build muscle as quickly as possible after an injury. Other goals of customers are to shape and punish your body, reduce weight or relieve pain in the back or shoulder-neck area.
