Holistic hypnotherapy & Familienz® Coaching
As a certified hypnotherapist, alternative practitioner for psychotherapy and business psychologist, I accompany you
to sustainably change mental and emotional stress. My work focuses on stress regulation, emotional stability, strengthening self-esteem and consciously dealing with internal and external pressure to perform - both in a professional and private context.
In hypnotherapy, I work with the subconscious in a resource-oriented way to gently work on old patterns, blocking beliefs and emotional overload. I also offer systemic Familienz® coaching, which supports families in strengthening their resilience, communication and connection - especially in challenging phases of life.
My services take place on site in Ammerland or online and are also suitable for workplace health promotion.
