Hey, I'm Tatjana - versatile, trained and certified as a DANA® Aerial Yoga teacher, Yin Yoga teacher and massage therapist.
I offer Aerial Yoga - a special form of yoga that combines lightness, playful movement and deep relaxation. In my classes, aerial yoga, calmness and meditation merge into a space in which you can simply be, let go and be yourself.
I love to accompany people on their way to more balance, body confidence, awareness and inner peace. All Hansefit members also receive a €12 discount on a massage of their choice.
Aerial yoga takes place on the premises of the SportPalast, Lortzingstraße 6, 88339 Bad Waldsee.
Massages take place in Oberessendorf at the Physiopraxis Kiekopf.
