The new cold chamber at Solemar has two chambers that reach temperatures of -60°C and -110°C. The optimum length of stay is calculated by an app. Many people find just a few minutes in the intense cold refreshing, revitalizing and regenerating. In addition, the Multi Cryo Hacking System, or M.C.S. for short, offers a holistic experience for well-being and relaxation with state-of-the-art infrared and light applications, aroma technology and negatively charged oxygen ions.
Good to know: An additional payment of €15 is required per use of the cold chamber. A co-payment of €8.50 is required per use of the M.C.S. Only one of the two treatments can be booked per check-in.
