A highlight is the integrated "ReckAktiv" training studio with the Milon health circuit. This modern concept enables safe and efficient training that can be easily integrated into everyday life.
Additional health services are also offered, including a back scanner for analyzing back problems, the Skillcourt training system for improving coordination and reaction time, the five! training program, and nutritional counseling based on the "Happyfigur" concept.
