Yoga - Do something for yourself! (Hatha Yoga)
My courses offer you a powerful combination of awareness, movement and rest. In mindfully performed asanas (postures) you will learn to feel your body intensively - so you can recognize physical tensions and release them in a targeted manner. Through conscious breathing (pranayama), energy and calm are brought into harmony so that energy can flow more freely. The result: flexibility, strength, stamina and a deep sense of well-being. Ideal for reducing stress and feeling more balanced in everyday life.
(For beginners & Medium - exercises take place sitting, standing & lying on the mat)
