Yoga - Do something for yourself! (Hatha Yoga)
My courses offer you a combination of awareness, movement and rest. In mindfully performed asanas (postures), you will learn to feel your body intensively - so you can recognize physical tension and release it through targeted stretching. Through conscious breathing (pranayama), body and mind are brought into harmony so that energy can flow more freely. The result: flexibility, strength, stamina and a deep sense of well-being. Ideal for reducing stress and feeling more balanced in everyday life.
(For beginners & Medium - exercises take place sitting, standing & lying on the mat)
