Hi, I'm Martina - Group Fitness Trainer, Personal Trainer and Mindfulness Coach.
As the main focus here is on my live online courses, I would like to introduce them first:
When training in a group, fun, power and motivation are in the air - that's what I find particularly inspiring. That's why I would like to share the fascination of group fitness classes with you and show you what can be achieved with targeted training, good music and fun, taking into account the health aspect. I would be delighted if you put your trust in me and train with me. With different exercise variations, my workouts are designed for every fitness level and the joy of movement is always the focus. Bring your fitness class into your own four walls and train with me and the other participants from the comfort of your own home.
In personal training, I will help you to achieve your feel-good body through a combination of workout, nutrition and mindfulness - in a way that is suitable for everyday life. Because I know how busy a day can be. However, I also know what an incredibly great feeling it is to feel happy and fit at the end of such a day instead of tired and exhausted. In addition to possible goals such as losing weight, building muscle and toning, in personal training we analyze together what motivates you to achieve your goals and feel good in your body. Together we work on finding the balance between physical fitness, healthy nutrition and mental balance.
