I offer a wide range of outdoor fitness courses in the Stormarn district - in Ahrensburg, Bargteheide and Bad Oldesloe - for anyone who wants to exercise outdoors. Whether beginner or advanced, men or women, pregnant women or moms with babies: I have the right course for everyone.

My offer is deliberately broad, because fitness has many faces. Even if the name is often associated with "mom" and "running" - anyone can take part, and running is not a must!

- Mama Fit classes - for moms with a baby or for you with a baby in your belly (from the 13th week of pregnancy)

- Open-air full-body workout (60 minutes)

I am highly trained and will accompany you professionally on your way:
- Group Fitness Trainer B License
- Further training in the pre- and postpartum health sector
- DOSB C license in children's gymnastics

My goal: to motivate you to feel strong, healthy and comfortable in your body - outdoors, in the fresh air and in a great community.
