A friendly and personal atmosphere awaits you here. You can either train with your individual, effective 30-minute functional training session, which can be adapted to your progress approximately every 6 weeks, or use your check-in for a course, outdoor training or a themed circuit.
You can also purchase an access medium (one-off €30) so that you can train with us every day from 6 am to 10 pm.
The lymphatic massage can be used as a monthly subscription for €40 per month or as a 10-ticket for €80.
For a training session you invest 10,-€
6 months nutrition concept (content: 8x consultations, 2x body analysis, 3x circumference measurements, before/after photos, app/brochure) for a one-off payment of €120 (installments possible).
