Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the start of your class so that we can begin on time. Unfortunately, anyone arriving after the class has started will not be able to participate.

Please bring your workout gear and grip socks. In case you don´t have grip socks, you can buy them in the studio. If you’d like to shower after class, we’ll provide amenities and towels for your convenience.
